Violent Lips

I'm totally in love with the lip tattoos from Violent Lips! The
first ones I wore were with the galaxy print. For the Lady Long
photo session I used the ones with glittery daisies on them.
Definitely my favorite so far! It's such an easy way to get
beautiful and colorful lips. And they really stay on for
a surprisingly long time. The ones with galaxy print 
managed to look pretty decent even after 12 hours!
So for any of you who like to try new, fun stuff
that actually work I recommend you get your
hands on these babies ASAP!

Violet Blossom

I added some details to the nail art design I created yesterday.

I think the addition gave the gradient effect some depth.

The small white flowers I did by using a dotting tool, making 

four small dots for each flower. The large ones I painted 

on just a few nails. I used (for the first time) a detailing

brush, to create the large violet flowers. 

I'm very pleased with the result. I think this is the perfect

look where pastels and neons come together nicely.

Wet Waves

Today, when I did a little hair treatment with a hair mask I thought

it would look pretty cool to do a photo session with my hair all 

wet. Especially, since the make up matched the whole look really

well. I think it turned out awesome, considering we shot all the

pictures with my mom's iPhone 5.

Galactic Girl

Tomorrow it's carnival time in Lund. The theme is the future, so 

I thought, what better to wear than some fierce galaxy lip and 

nail art?! The galaxy lip art I will create using the galaxy

printed lip tattoo from Violent Lips. They have tons of 

amazingly cool prints just to die for! The nails I will

be doing myself, with the inspiration from this beautiful

galactic nail art design. Stay tuned if you want to see

how it all turns out tomorrow! Until then...have a

Sunset Nails

I did this beautiful sunset-inspired nail art on my mom. It was

super easy to do: First I painted the nails with a white polish 

as a base,then with a makeup-sponge I created the gradient effect

using yellow and orange nail polish. To add a little more detail, 

I painted a pair of bird-silhouettes with a striping brush on the

ring finger. A fun and very wearable look. She really loved it!

Pineapple Express

I had some serious fun today pimping my nails. The first pic is

of the base colors I had on my nails before starting to decorate 

them with all kinds of stuff. I did a little marbling (for the 

very first time) and some dotting and painting with a striping

brush. I'm really pleased with how they turned out and I'm sure

the kids at work tomorrow are going to love it! 

By the way I'm sorry for posting less qualitative pictures 

than I normally do. All pictures are taken with an iPhone 5.

The system camera I have been using I borrowed from

my dear father. I will soon have a camera of my own so

I can once again provide you with the quality you deserve.

Hope you can still enjoy these pictures and that you like

the nail art I've created. There will be a lot more coming 

up! I am just so damn inspired!

No, I hadn't forgot about the sacred celebration of Mancandy 

Monday! Today's edition gives you the perfect combination

between sexy and cute- Ryan Reynolds! I just watched the

comedy The Proposal starring this delicious man and 

Sandra Bullock, and he somehow manages to be

 extremely hilarious and ridiculously attractive, both 

at the same time. I wouldn't say no to a proposal from

this guy, that's for sure! Unfortunately he's taken,

sorry ladies. Let's just hope there are more men like him

out there, shall we?

Midnight Selfies

Getting the blue out of my hair was a mayor relief! These highlights

are even better when I have my natural curls. Summer, I'm officially

ready for you. By the way my right eye in the first picture turned

out a bit creepy I think...unintentional of course and I can't help

but think it was also a little cool.

Afternoon Delight

I just came home from work, sat down in front of the computer and

thought "what should I blog about today?". I turned my head to

look out the window while philosophizing when I saw this lovely

sight. Thank you mom for filling the house with beautiful

flowers! They can really make your day sometimes.

This is my bonus-sister! Beautiful as a flower...an orchid I would

say. We just spend a lovely couple of days together, doing 

everything girls do best- shopping, braiding each others

Pastel Ponytail

My bonus-sister tied my hair in ponytails!! I love it! Especially

with my pastel/apricot highlights. I'm so rocking this look at

work tomorrow! The kids are going to love it!

I'm back!

Finally I'm back my little sinners! It has been a very long

week away from you! 

I had a terrible flue that just wouldn't let go of me, and on

top of that my hair turned blue! I was so exited about dying my 

hair in a purple ombre, which turned out great at first! For 

the first time I got the shade I really wanted. Unfortunately 

the color drastically faded after the first wash, losing all 

its warmth and leaving me with blue/grey/beige/black hair...

not pretty! Since it was a semi-permanent color i knew the 

color would wash off eventually, but neither my hair dresser 

nor I could ever imagen that the color would change to 

another. Therefore we decided to bleach the blue parts of my 

hair, recreating the same highlights I had before dying it 

purple. No more crazy, unreliable hair colors for me! From 

now on I will be using hair shadows to add that splash of 

color I want. I think Color Smash have some pretty 

delicious shades! What color do you prefer?

Beautiful Horizon

Once again the sun paid us a incredible visit. But this time I 

grabbed my Canon and ran up to the 8th floor in our building

where we have a sauna and a balcony with breathtaking view.

It is like meditation being up there.
